TESA® 60996 double-sided non-woven tape launched by TESA® has excellent wettability and adhesion, which is suitable for all kinds of common foam compound on the market.

Foam is a high polymer with many small bubble holes. Foam has always been the best choice for buffering, protection, anti-skid, sound insulation, filling and other applications with its unique flexibility and elasticity.

Foam can be seen everywhere in our daily life, such as the interlayer of the panel for collision prevention, around the LED to prevent light leakage, under the PCB for vibration absorption, around the horn to fill the gap and so on. Usually when foam is applied to the adhesive, non-woven double-sided tape is pasted on the surface of the adhesive. However, due to the different surface roughness of various foam, especially some foam surface rough, how to paste foam neatly on the adhesive is a big difficulty.
